Brent Davidson, M.D.
Brent Davidson, M.D., graduated from Lindbergh High School, completed an undergraduate degree at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Following an internship at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur, he completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University.
Dr. Davidson is a board certified ophthalmologist and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Missouri Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He has served on the board of directors for The Lighthouse for the Blind.
Dr. Davidson specializes in advanced cataract surgery and general ophthalmology. After a successful practice at Kies Eye Center in Cape Girardeau and practicing in Clayton and Sunset Hills, he is excited to continue growing his practice at the SSM St. Clare Health Center. He and his wife and three children are happy to be at home in St. Louis.

Shana Rose, M.D.
Shana Rose, M.D. is originally from Oxford, Alabama. She attended Auburn University for her undergraduate degree and completed her medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine.
She came to St. Louis to do her residency in Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University and completed a cornea fellowship at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Rose is a board certified ophthalmologist and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Women in Ophthalmology.
She specializes in advanced cataract surgery and diseases of the cornea. Her husband is a
St. Louis native and they have two young children. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Envision Eye Specialists team.

Craig Eck, M.D.
Craig Eck, M.D. was born in Alaska but grew up in Springfield, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia for both his undergraduate degree in biological engineering and medical school training.
Craig completed his ophthalmology residency at Saint Louis University Eye Institute and completed a rigorous surgical cornea and anterior segment fellowship at Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. He is a board certified ophthalmologist and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Cornea Society. He is trained in the latest corneal transplant surgery technique, the DMEK, as well as many other corneal and anterior segment surgeries and office treatments.
Craig’s wife is a clinical research coordinator at Washington University. Along with their two young children and dog, Harley, they are happy to call St. Louis their home. Dr. Eck joined Envision Eye Specialists in 2019 and has grown a wonderful practice in both St. Louis and Farmington, MO.
